My first official "light box" made from white foam board. I know, I know Heather ... not the most professionally lighted picture, but hey ... it ain't too shabby.
The little creatures are from Planet June on Etsy ... her Mini Fuzzies Woodland Creatures. So cute and so easy to make up. I will be adding a hedgehog to the trio tomorrow sometime. These are for my stocking on Tuesday.
I have to make the second leg warmer, and make the drawstring for a pair of pants. Then I think I will call it quits for this stocking, and focus on what I am making for the Necessitae stocking at the end of the week. I have a few ideas in mind, so we shall see how those materialize.

Hey it works...they look good! What kind of camera do you shoot with. I could teach you how to take a notecard and make a reflector for your flash so you would have the "light" from the flash without having the flash wash out the color. Not that I think that happened. I am totally serious though...if you ever want me to come and photograph a bunch of stuff for you to stock I wouldn't mind at all. Might cost you a cup of coffee or something tho *wink* I'll email you later.
I shoot with a POS Kodak digital camera. DH won't go for a Canon Rebel ... ;)
What would you suggest as a good camera, Heather?
There was no flash on those at all. I still need to work with the lighting source because I am still not getting it right. I think I might need one more light.
And dude... if you want to come over here to take pictures for me, WOW! I would HAVE to pay you!!!
Well there are lots of options. There are some great point and shoot cameras out there now. I got Giggles a Olympus FE-280, altho I got a killer deal on it. A cheapie one that is okay to use is a Polaroid....I can't remember. My mom has one and it came with the camera (8MP) 1GB SD card, case, batteries and tripod....I wouldnt use that tripod. But I will email you tomorrow. And you wouldn't have to pay me....just food...LOL! Maybe some sock yarn *wink*
Heather, you KNOW I have enough sock yarn to pay you for a few trips, don't you?
I am thinking of stocking once a month ... so my next one would be toward the end of March.
COOL!
