I hate it when I put time and effort into something and it doesn't fit.
So I frogged it. I had the whole leg and the gusset and the heel shaping done on my first Fawkes sock. And I kept having this nagging feeling that it wasn't going to go over my honkin' big foot. And guess what?
It didn't.
And I want this yarn to be socks for me.
So I start all over again.

oh no that stinks! I was even thinking of starting fawke....but I have a huge foot myself, so I don't know now. I never did start firestarter...thinking instead that my sock yarn was destined for fawke....I will just have to see then, won't I. UGH!
I think if you went up a few needles sizes, it might work. But I have a wide ball .... so it might never work. The only reason that Bellatrix worked was because fo the dropped stitches. I think.
