On the Wooly Wonder Forums (where I am a mod), I was looking around and saw a member post that she takes part in a 40 hats for 40 days of Lent and she donates them to hospitals in need.
So I thought "why not?"
There is a REALLY super fast 10 minute crochet hat ... so I started making them.
I have made 4 so far. I cannot stress enough how super easy this is.
So ... if you can do basic crochet stitches (chain, slip st, SC and DC) you are good to go.
Anyone up for the challenge?

That sounds pretty good. Where are you going to donate yours? I think I am going to see if anywhere around here needs them, I am sure they will. And 10 min a day for charity is awesome!
I think I might send mine down to Cinci Children's Hospital, or check with Children's in Cols. Not sure yet. I know Cinci is building their brand spanking new facility down there ... it looks like it will be nice.
Either that or I will look into the University of Kentucky Med Center.
