It IS the end of the world.

FINISHED A PAIR OF SOCKS FOR HERSELF!!!
yes ... you read that right. I have finished a pair of socks for moi.
And to prove that I did, here are BOTH feet in the shot, and no those aren't photoshopped in to make it look like I am wearing a pair of socks when I had only made one sock. Those are my feet ... right and left.
And those are two socks on those two feet.
I will be starting a new pair this weekend. I can't wait! I love to have a completed project that I can wear.

woohoo!! Isn't a completed pair of socks a glorious thing? What's next? I finished fake isle and make some twisted icord for the top....altho that hat now belongs to the Chicken, she claimed it before it was off the needles. Worked on dh's blanket last night for about an hour....that thing is going to take forever!!
The mate to the Jaywalker is next. I HAVE to finish that, or I will be so mad at myself.
I will also be working on a pair of socks for DH. I think. So many choices, so little time.
